These are high quality molded polyethylene mounting boxes for single light application, either a standard 6.5" light with grommet or a standard 4" light with grommet will fit in these boxes.  They are easy to drill through to put your wiring into place, but they won't rust like a metal box and won't crack or warp like PVC.  These are nearly indestructible boxes.
